As part of our community engagement program, Lee Green has made an ongoing commitment to the Meals on Wheels corporate volunteering program. Team members are volunteering at Meals on Wheels Burnside on a regular basis and have been impressed with the meals as well as the support of the more experienced volunteers. Volunteers assist with with meal preparation, packing and kitchen clean up as well as partaking in a delicious morning tea of scones with jam and cream!

Meals on Wheels SA aim to assist people in our community who cannot easily shop for food or cook for themselves by providing a hot, delicious and nourishing three course meal.  Over 4000 meals are provided to customers each weekday.  Meals on Wheels SA started almost 60 years ago and now has 86 branches across metropolitan and regional areas of South Australia.
