Carrie prepares income tax returns and financial statements, manages STP and BAS compliance. She also assists junior team members, sharing her knowledge and helping them navigate day‑to‑day work with confidence.
What she enjoys most is the variety the role offers. Working across different clients and matters keeps things interesting and allows her to build strong relationships along the way. Carrie enjoys meeting people, solving problems collaboratively and having the flexibility to balance her work in a way that supports both clients and the team.
Outside of work, she is actively involved within the Chinese community, contributing to programs that encourage connection, engagement and support. In her downtime, she enjoys dragon boat rowing and cooking - both outlets that let her recharge and stay creative.
